Privacy

Jen Cushman is an empathic intuitive consultant, energy worker and mentor, working with individuals who wish to either have readings or receive Reiki.

Jen Cushman of Soul Stir Magic works one-on-one with clients, as well as in group workshops and networking events. On a regular basis, Jen Cushman of Soul Stir Magic offers free and paid products and services and as such, will collect personal details such as first and last name, email address, and occasionally other details such as phone number and location.

Jen Cushman of Soul Stir Magic will never sell, rent, share or give your details to another company or provider, in the United States or overseas for any reason.

Once no longer needed your information will be deleted from all storage locations.

How Personal Information is collected and stored

All customer information is secured against unauthorized use or access, stored in a password protected third-party mail provider (MailChimp) or in a password protected program such as Zoom. Credit card information is not stored by me on my servers.

In the course of providing you with a service, free or otherwise, I may collect this personal information:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email address

  • Location

  • Payment details (via third-party, such as PayPal or Square

  • Activity on my website and teaching platforms

  • Activity on my mailing list

It could be collected via a MailChimp email sign up form, if I meet you face-to-face, on Facebook, my website, my Acuity booking software or a Typeform survey.

Freebies and paid products

If you sign up to receive a free or paid product, such as a workbook, a webinar / online training, or other opt-in, I will collect your first name and email address and will email you the product directly or give a  link to the product.

You’ll be added to my general email list and receive a welcome series of emails so we can get to know each other better, and explore how you can work with me if you choose. 

Confidential Information

All readings are strictly confidential, and the information will never be shared. If receiving an online reading you have the choice to record and keep the file, by clicking the record button on the Zoom platform. If you do so, your copy will be sent automatically to you via the Zoom software. For your convenience Zoom readings will be kept on my personal laptop computer and stored for 30 days and then deleted forever. No copy will ever be available to anyone else. By participating in group sessions, you acknowledge and agree that other members of the group who were not in attendance have a right to watch the full recording, and it will only be posted in the group or platform in which it was recorded.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file placed in your web browser that collects information about your web browsing behavior. Use of cookies lets me serve you better. Cookies do not access information stored on your computer. You can choose to reject cookies by changing your browser settings, but it may stop certain things from working well on my website

I collect pixels information from visitors to my websites and affiliated pages and may use the information to target advertising on social media platforms like Facebook.
