Illuminate Coaching
There's a space between who you were and who you're becoming.
You might be standing there right now.
Something in your life is ending. A marriage. A career. A role you've played for twenty years. Maybe the kids are grown, you’re in perimenopause/menopause, or you've lost someone you love. Sometimes nothing big happened at all. You just woke up one morning knowing this isn't it anymore.
The old life is falling away. The new one isn't visible yet.
That space in between is often the most difficult place to be.
You may feel restless. Unmoored. Quietly grieving a version of yourself you're not sure you even want back.
You may have spent years being the one everyone leans on, and now you can't quite hear your own voice under all that noise and sense of obligation.
This feeling doesn't mean you’re broken or that something is wrong with you. It’s usually quite the opposite.
It means you're standing at a new threshold and that something deep inside of you knows change is not only coming, but that it’s desired. That the light shining inside of you wants to reveal itself and transcend.
I guide women during all phase of their lives, and I’ve found Illuminate Coaching is particularly powerful during times of transition.
I offer a three-month, private, safe, uniquely personalized program for women standing in that doorway.
I help you get clear on what you want (not what you were told to want) and then I guide you to go build it.
My clients aren’t always makers. And creativity is a through line of everything I do because I believe every woman I serve is a creative. If you've ever rearranged a room in your home until it felt perfect, cooked a meal from scratch just because it made you happy, or danced alone in your kitchen simply because the music moved you, then you already know how to make something from nothing.
Every woman I have ever met knows how to make something from nothing. That's the same muscle, along with inspiration, intuition, intellect, grit & resilience, that we'll use to shape your next chapter.
First We Restore
We begin by clearing what's been weighing you down. Before we set a single goal, we go to the root of the old stories, fears and patterns that keep pulling you back, and we release them at the source.
It's like deep-cleaning the gunk out of the pipes. My clients call this day Freedom Day, and it's one of my favorite parts in the whole process.
Then We Shift
With the old weight gone, there's room to ask the real questions. Who are you now? What matters to you? What do you want the next chapter to feel like?
We set goals that come from your own clarity, and I help you anchor them in your body and imagination, not just on paper. Your clarity plus this alignment generates motivation.
Finally, We Create
Then we build it, one real step at a time, creating quick momentum.
You'll learn to take steady action, to catch yourself when life happens and find your way back faster, and to design your days intentionally, with purpose. A life that fits you, instead of anyone else's expectations of you.
Before we begin, I ask two questions:
Where will you be a year from now if you keep doing the same things?
How will you know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that your life has changed for the better?
Your answer to that second one is your zero point. It's where we start, and it's how we'll know the difference is real.
This change work is powerful and asks a lot of you. It's a good fit if you're ready to let old stories go, willing to be uncomfortable for one day of deep release work, able to give time, energy and resources to yourself, and ready to take action between our sessions.
An invitation
If something in you said yes, that's me while you were reading, let's talk. The first step is a Discovery Call to see if we're a good fit. I take a limited number of coaching clients each year.
I can tell you more about the process, methods and techniques that I use during our time together. I can share the science behind it all and I can share how we will specifically focus on you getting results.
For now, simply feel into the invitation to work together as you envision yourself confidentially navigating this transition into a brand-new way of being. If you can see it, I promise you can be it.
“Even in the darkest of times there is always a path along our soul’s journey that we can illuminate before us as long as we dig deep and have faith.”
Guiding you through the labyrinth of your life
“Don’t you know yet? It is your light that lights the worlds.”
